The Roots of Stardom at Humberside Collegiate
Don Cullen, writer, actor and founder of the Bohemian Embassy in 1960, discovered his gift for mimickry during his high-school years at Humberside Collegiate in Toronto's High Park neighbourhood.
English and drama teacher Duncan Green was the right person at the right time to help him begin to develop his talent, says Cullen. Green started teaching at Humberside in 1950. He died on May 13, 2012.
